The Town of Mint Hill's proposed Community Center project includes the renovation of an approximately 52,000 square foot existing institutional building, construction of a parking lot and related stormwater infrastructure, architectural and engineering drawings, building programming, existing conditions analysis and survey, and other related tasks. The Town is using the Design-Build method for project delivery. Construction is anticipated to be complete by summer of 2025.
