This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc. necessary to remove and replace a total of 16 doors in the gymnasium building. See plan sheet attached hereto for locations: Contractor to remove and replace (7 sets) 14 existing interior doors and hinges with 14 solid birch wood doors with clear finish, include vision kits and mortise locks with lever handles in a brushed stainless finish. The contractor shall also remove existing steel doors and replace with one 1 set (2 doors) of new 14 gauge steel stiffened exterior doors with 18" x18"vision kits and interior push bar with locking hardware and closers. All door openings are 6' wide and 7' high. This is an SBR project for a contractor to remove and replace wood and steel doors in the McKeldin Gym building at Charles Hickey School.
