Site work for a water / sewer project in Parkville, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Install Water Valves and Waterlines at Hickey School 1. The contractor shall locate all utilities prior to beginning work. 2. Contractor shall connect to existing exposed 5" pipe, install new watervalve, and curb stop box - American Series 2500 Ductile Iron 250 PSIGAWWA Resilient Wedge Gate Valve or approved equivalent. 3. Contractor to excavate and install approximately 150' of new 1" HDPE water line from the 5" water main to Maintenance Shop building and 125' from near the Maintenance Shop to the Horse Barn. 4. Contractor shall install a 1" underground water valve and curb stop for waterline to the Horse Barn. 5. Contractor shall backfill with stone dust around pipe and existing dirt to surface then grade and then repair blacktop according to Maryland State Highway specifications. Disturbed grass areas shall be seeded and returned to the preconstruction condition. * All work shall be done in accordance with all local and national building codes.
