The Town of Smithfield is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide HVAC Maintenance and Repair services for various Town properties on an "as requested" basis. The Town will reserve the right to add locations and equipment at any time, as necessary during the life of the contract. Contractor should hold a current business license, be properly licensed/registered to operate in the State of Virginia. To provide HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services for a three (3) year term. The Town will have the right to renew the contract for two (2) additional years, after review of performance.
