2.0 MG Pre-stressed concrete Provin Mountain water storage tank construction and demolition of existing tank. The Work of this Contract generally consists of, but is not limited to, the construction of a 2.0 million gallon capacity precast, prestressed, wire wound, concrete water storage tank in Westfield, Massachusetts with associated piping and appurtenances, a Tideflex mixing system, and site work. Other work includes improvements to the access road, stormwater improvements, and the decommissioning and demolition of the existing 50 foot tall, 5.0 million gallon capacity, pre-stressed concrete water storage tank onsite. The Work of Additive Alternative A generally consists of the clearing of approximately 1,000 linear feet of the City's water main easement from the tank site.
