ConnectWell Community Health - Respite Services invites innovative proposal submissions from experienced parties for the supply of IPEMA certified, accessible play equipment, maximizing the $120,000 budget, excluding HST and excluding the cost of the installation which is to be quoted separately. The preparation of the site will be completed by ConnectWell prior to the installation and the cost should not be included in the proposal submissions. The work to be completed includes the design, supply, and installation of IPEMA certified Engineered Wood Fibre as a protective surfacing zone that helps promote safe and active play. All components of the play structure must be received by March 31, 2024, including all installation materials. Installation must be completed by May 31, 2024.
