The Village of Mettawa is Seeking Sealed Bids for the 2023 Temporary Gravel Road Removal and Site Restoration Project. Proposal Due Date and Time as Shown Above, at the Office of the Village of Mettawa. 2. The Work Consists of Removal of 11,500 Square Yards of Temporary Gravel Roads and Associated Work. 3. All Questions Concerning the Bid Document or Specifications Must Be Submitted via Email to the Village Engineer. A Written Response Will Then Be Provided to All Known Bidders. No Interpretations, Clarifications or Addenda Will Be Issued After the Fourth Day Prior to the Scheduled Bid Opening. 4. Sealed Proposals Shall Be Delivered to the Above Address at Anytime Prior to, but No Later Than the Date and Time Shown Above. Each Proposal Must Be Submitted in a Sealed Envelope. All Proposals Must Be Signed by an Authorized Representative of the Firm Submitting the Bid. 6. All Proposals Must Be Accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty in the Amount of 10% of the Total Bid in the Form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check Made Payable to the Village of Mettawa. 7.
