Every request for such interpretation should be in writing by email to lori.bryant@cmcss.net, and to be given consideration, must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids Project Completion is requested by December 31, 2023. CMCSS will coordinate project work with selected bidder in the event weather conditions will not allow the work to be completed by December 31, 2023
