Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Laconia, New Hampshire. Design plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of April 11, 2025, design has been completed, but until funding is secured, the project is not yet moving forward. The City of Laconia Public Works Department seeks proposals from qualified contractors for the Design and Installation of Lighting Downtown. To improve the lighting on the riverside of the City Hall parking lot and Riverwalk. This section of the project is from the rear of City Hall to Church Street. Also improving the lighting on the Southern side of the City Hall parking lot and brick walkway between City Hall and the Belknap Mill. project but there is no mandatory site meeting planned Please direct any questions to: Westly Anderson or Gina Roy Performance and Payment Bonds are required in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the price specified in the contract for the full term of the contract. The City of Laconia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any formality in the process, and to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the City.
