The City of Laconia Public Works Department is accepting proposals for On Call Trenchless Pipe Lining Services. Methods considered are ultraviolet light cured CIPP, steam cured CIPP, slip-lining, or equivalent. Other services requested include pipe bursting, pipe jacking, and CIPP sectional point repairs. Prices are requested per foot for diameters from 6" to 27". Lengths will vary based on existing pipe condition, consequence of failure and proposed road reconstruction. Budget plans are expected to dedicate capital investments each year to trenchless pipe repair. Firms should propose methods of services including traffic control, bypass pumping, pre-lining video investigation, service connection reinstatement, all other pertinent appurtenances and include a price list for all services to be provided using appropriate unit pricing (i.e., daily pipe crew rates, hourly rate, linear foot, vertical foot, per each, etc.). The City of Laconia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any formality in the process, and to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the City. Failure to submit all information called for may be sufficient grounds for disqualification. The City of Laconia reserves the right to cancel this request at any time for any reason.
