The City of Laconia seeks experienced snow plowing firms to submit sealed bids for the snow plowing of designated City sidewalks for the 2024-2025 Winter Season. Please direct any questions regarding this Bid Conditions to: Gina Roy at 603-524-3877 or by email to groy@laconianh.gov The Sidewalks are located in the Weirs beach Area of Laconia. Location Side Length Lakeside Ave from Rt 3 to Foster Ave West side only 2,300 feet Endicott Street North and East from Lucerne Ave to Tower Street North Side only 3,205 feet Endicott Street North from Memory Lane to Hilliard Road and Endicott Street North to Memory Lane South Side (Endicott Street North) West side (Hilliard Road) 1,000 feet The successful bidder(s) must; o Supply all equipment and labor required to maintain the sidewalks awarded by this contract. o The sidewalks are five feet (5') wide. All equipment must be sized to fit onto a five-foot sidewalk. o Provide a 24-hour phone contact number direct to the owner, manager, or driver. This contact must not be an answering service. o Angle plow away from walkways to avoid leaving large piles of snow on private walkways that cannot be removed with a snow blower.
