Renovation of a medical facility in Laconia, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The County of Belknap reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or any part thereof, to waive any formality in the bidding process and to accept the bid considered to be in the best interest of the County. Failure to give all information called for may be sufficient grounds for disqualification. The County reserves the right to cancel this bid request at any time for any reason. General Overview The Belknap County Nursing Home is replacing 33 existing VAV boxes with new ones. The bidding vendor shall be responsible for the complete removal of the existing system. The bidding vendor is responsible for verifying all existing conditions. Each VAV box to be replaced shall be field verified and measured in each location. Any modifications needed to ceiling tiles, ceiling grids, drywall, and associated finishes are expected to be repaired and left in new condition. VAV boxes should be replaced in kind with all associated re-heat coils. Zone valves will be supplied by the controls contractor and installed by the mechanical contractor. Timeline It is anticipated that the work shall commence in the beginning of April. This project will be formally awarded contingent on the passage and funding of the 2024 budget by the Belknap County Commissioners or Belknap County Delegation.
