Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Laconia, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The County of Belknap reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or any part thereof, to waive any formality in the bidding process and to accept the bid considered to be in the best interest of the County. Failure to give all information called for may be sufficient grounds for disqualification. The County reserves the right to cancel this bid request at any time for any reason. General Overview The Belknap County Nursing Home is replacing two (2) in floor grease traps. The scope of this project is to remove the old grease traps and replace with new and re connect to existing piping. The bidding vendor is responsible for verifying all existing conditions. Obtaining any required permits or inspections, and floor repairs. The successful contractor will be subject to Covid-19 protocols as per Center for Medicare & Medicaid service regulations (ex. Required to wear masks, etc)
