Site work for a communication facility in Johnson City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.

Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials and services as required to replace the UPS(s) at Buffalo Mountain and Buffalo Ridge Radio sites as per these documents. Successful vendor will remove and dispose of any replaced equipment. All equipment installed shall include the Manufacturer's standard warranty Provide all equipment, labor, materials and services as required to replace the UPS units at Buffalo Mountain and Buffalo Ridge radio sites Replace all 3 current 20kva UPS Units with new 20kva UPS Units o It is preferred to re-utilize the existing bypass switches that are in place. Each vendor shall look at these devices and ensure their proposed equipment will work with them, or make recommendations for replacement if justified with additional costs listed. o Proposed UPS Units shall provide alarm monitoring points for failures o Include removal/disposal of existing UPS Systems o Any work performed that may require the site to go off-line, will be required to be scheduled after normal business hours of operation. (after 5pm) LOCATIONS Buffalo Mountain is located south of Johnson City at the top of Buffalo Mountain Park. Access is restricted by a gate controlled roadway. Coordinates are: 36-16-09.3 x 82-20-17.28 Buffalo Ridge is located north of Johnson City at 174 Ramsey Drive, Gray, TN Coordinates are: 36-22-53.23 x 82-25-25.24
