Scope of Work: This project entails complete construction of a new facility, The Centre event venue; a medium size free-standing facility. A. SCOPE: Provide all labor, materials and equipment for the installation of resilient tile floor and resilient base to complete the project indicated on the drawings and specified herein. B. WORK OF OTHER TRADES: Resilient tile subcontractor shall inspect the work of other trades to assure compliance with requirements for installation. C. SAMPLES: Submit full range of samples of resilient tile materials for approval and color selection by the Architect. D. MATERIAL DELIVERY: Deliver all resilient tile to site in unbroken packages convenient for identification and in sufficient quantity of the various colors to complete the job. Store all resilient flooring materials at the job site at least 24 hours before placing. 1. SCOPE: The "General Conditions of the Contract for Construction", AIA Document A201-2007, is a part of this Contract and is incorporated herein as fully as if herein set forth. 2. COPY: Contractors are presumed to be familiar with this document, or shall obtain a copy for their information from the AIA or other reliable source. Work in this section includes finish hardware used in this building in connection with doors, frames and other movable members. It has a finished appearance as well as functional purpose and shall be considered as a part of the decorative treatment of a room or building. A. Provide and connect luminaires as scheduled and indicated on the Drawings and Specifications. B. Luminaires shall be provided complete with necessary accessories for proper installation in or on the building elements indicated. C. Luminaire catalog numbers indicated on the Drawings are for basic luminaire types. Additional features, accessories and options herein specified or required for proper installation shall be provided. D. Luminaire installation shall include final aiming, focusing and adjustments of luminaires as directed by the Professional and as required for illumination of the intended area or surface. A.
