The successful proponent will supply a report that details a strategic plan for the City of Kenora to understand the capital requirements to renew its current assets and maintain its infrastructure. If the City receives a proposal acceptable to it, the City will select one (1) or more parties who submitted a proposal with whom the City, in its sole and unfettered discretion, will negotiate regarding the terms of a contract to perform the Work.
