Renovation of an educational facility in Cottleville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Zumwalt School District is soliciting bids for a 2024 HVAC Replacement Project at 4 locations: Hawthorn Elementary, Twin Chimneys Elementary, St. Peters Elementary and Lewis & Clark Elementary, for the replacement of equipment as specified and to include the mechanical design/build cost on all related electrical and general construction. Bids must be accompanied by 10% bid deposit in the form of a cashiers check, certified check, or bid bond, and performance and payment bonds will be required of the successful bidders. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages, as determined by the Missouri Division of Labor Standards, is to be paid to all workers. The school district reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any technicalities therein.
