Contract administration and engineering support services during construction will also be part of this assignment. Inspection Services may also be included as part of the overall assignment depending on the availability of City Staff to complete this portion of the project implementation. The Procurement of goods and/or services specified in this bid document may be subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement & Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement. All information submitted in response to this RFP is subject to the provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
