The City of Ottawa is seeking offers from qualified companies to provide welding repairs and services. The requirement for welding repairs and service will be divided in general welding services and certified structural welding services. The City has a requirement for general welding repairs and services, to be performed in City yards, at maintenance garages, or at the Suppliers facility. The proposed period of this standing offer is for a two-year (2yr) term starting from Date of Authorization. Pricing shall remain firm for the initial authorization period. The Standing Offer may be extended for one (1) additional one (1) year extension option subject to continued requirement, satisfactory service, terms and conditions, and pricing, in the sole opinion of the City. Increases for standing offer renewals or extensions shall be in accordance with section 32 (4) of the Procurement By-Law.
