The Fallbrook Union High School District of San Diego County (FUHSD) will receive electronic bids from contractors holding a type "B" license, on the following: Bid #2324-04 - DSA #04-122014 - HVAC Replacement Project at Fallbrook High School. The Bid includes (2) Bid Alternates as per PCC 20103.8 (c). This scope of work is estimated to be between $2,300,000.00 - $2,800,000.00 and includes but is not limited to selective asbestos abatement, selective demolition, and re-construction necessary for the modernization of the HVAC Systems, roofing systems, and interior upgrades at the Cafeteria Building, Performing Arts Building, and Media Center Building as required per bidding documents and including associated architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. Generally, these categories of work involve new finishes, adaptive re-use and modification of certain selected areas, handicap accessibility retrofits, re-roofing, building weatherization, and updating of HVAC systems to existing school buildings, and other associated improvements per bidding documents.
