Renovation of a mixed-use development in New Lenox, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of work includes a complete HVAC upgrade to the existing mechanical system at Oster-Oakview School, complete with a new VRF System, new ceilings, lighting, casework, technology cabling, and associated MEP work. Bid Packages: BP 001 - General Trades, BP 002 - HVAC, BP 003 - Electrical. Bid security in the form of a bid bond only in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 12-1-2023.
