**As of December 27, 2023, project was awarded to ABC Construction, awarded amount is $9,724.50.** CR Number: 2103317 SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Remove existing shingles down to original decking on main roof(this project excludes small roof section on each side of house) 2. Replace decking and fascia (aluminum wrapped) where necessary with appropriate size and grade 3. Install 6' of ice and water shield on eaves and 3' on rakes and valleys 4. Install new drip edge, flashing, counterflashing, pipe boots, synthetic underlayment, starter shingles, and 30 year architectural shingles and ridge cap 5. All shingles to be installed with high wind nailing pattern Each bid shall include two parts: A. Price of roof tear down/installation B. Price per piece of new fascia and plywood decking in the event either needs to be replaced. Hudson Valley DDSO reserves the right to reject any and all quotes.
