Renovation of an educational facility in Brandon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 43,500-square-foot, 11-story above grade educational facility.
Renovation to 80 Suites, and select common areas in McMaster Hall at Brandon University, New backup generator, and upgrades to fire alarm systems. Ben Wiebe Construction, as designated Prime Contractor, will co-ordinate sub-trades to complete the project as laid out in the attached drawings and specifications. Each trade to supply and install materials and labour specific to their trade as specified in the MasterFormat Divisions and itemized in the attached trade inclusions list and detailed in the attached specifications. *Tender for sub trads has closed. Submissions will not be disclosed.
