Renovation of an office development in Brandon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
Renovation of the existing second floor washrooms and Office 202 to new washrooms, and HVAC upgrades located at the Parkwood Addictions Foundation of Manitoba in Brandon, Manitoba. Each bid shall be accompanied with security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the performance of the Contract including the requirements of GC 12.3 Warranty. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price.
