The Work locations are: 1 PR 464 from PTH 1 to PTH 16 2 PR 465 from PR 464 to Minto-Odanah RM boundary 3 PR 468 from PTH 1 to PTH 353 4 PR 615 from PR 468 to Chater 5 PR 455 from PTH 21 to PR 250 6 PR 564 from 4.22 KM’s North of PTH 21 to PR 259 7 PTH 1 Service Roads from PTH 34 to PTH 21 8 PTH 110 Service Road in the Vicinity of Brandon 9 PTH 10 Service Roads in the Vicinity of Brandon Completion Model The Contractor Shall Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages Pass Kilometre A Liquidated Damage of Fifteen Hundred ($1.500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Will Be Assessed to the Contractor for Snowplowing That Has Not Been Completed Within 48 Hours Following Notification From the Contract Administrator (Ca). Liquidated Damages Shall Continue to Be Assessed Daily Until the Assigned Project is Complete. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: April 14, 2024. For the 2023/2024 winter season, Snowplowing and other winter activities will commence on or about November 1, 2023, and will continue until March 31, 2024.
