The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide an upgrade of the fire alarm and emergency lighting systems (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) in various buildings at ACC North Campus, located at 1035-1st Street North in Brandon, Manitoba. Each Bid must be accompanied by an electronic, digitally verifiable Bid Bond written on Manitobas standard bid bond form (Form D7) or on a form satisfactory to Manitoba. The amount of the Bid Bond shall be ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Total Bid Price, expressed as a percentage This policy shall provide coverage against claims for personal injury, bodily injury or death, or damage to third party property as a result of the construction of the project, with minimum limits of coverage of five million dollars ($5,000,000) per occurrence and with a property damage deductible of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) maximum.
