Site work for a water / sewer project in Carpentersville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed improvements will consist of new storm, culvert replacement, upgrades to water main and sanitary sewers, PCC curb and gutter, PCC sidewalk, and carriage walk, pavement removal, patching, HMA surface, driveway, lighting, restoration and all other ancillary work required to complete the project in accordance with the plans, specifications and all other applicable standards. A Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total proposal shall be submitted with each proposal as provided in Article 102.09 of the "Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction", prepared by the Illinois Department of Transportation. The awarding authority reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals as provided in Article 102.08 of the "Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction", prepared by the Illinois Department of Transportation.
