Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Montreal, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a 71,355-square-foot, two-story above grade, 122-room elderly care / assisted living facility.
Upgrades, repairs and major renovation of the living units on the 1st and 2nd floors of wings A, B, C, D and E at the Long-Term Care Centre Notre Dame De La Merci. The project provides for the redevelopment of the building's surface areas in order to eliminate multiple bedrooms, bringing bathrooms, ventilation and air conditioning systems up to standard, and renovation of common areas. The project will be implemented in premises covering 6,607 m2 with a total number of 228 beds distributed in 122 rooms. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Tender for the general contractor is anticipated in late spring/summer 2026.
