CHP Tecate Commercial Platform Scales - Scale Maintenance Services See Exhibit A entitled, "Scope of Work" that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB. Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed as a result of this IFB. California Law requires Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation; however, the DVBE participation requirement has been waived by CHP for this solicitation. Bidders who opt to utilize DVBE participation are eligible to receive DVBE incentive.
