Site work for a water / sewer project in Hillsboro, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of this project includes the replacement of approximately 329 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer line on Shannon Street between MH 22404 and MH 12239. The new line will also be 8-inch. The project will repair a belly in the line that is a regular maintenance problem. At MH 12239, the new line will be about 10 to 15 feet shallower and a new inside drop willl be installed. The lateral to 1932 NE 2nd Ave will need to be reconnected during the project. As of November 15, 2023, this project is included in the city’s 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Project is funded for FY2024-2025 *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
