Clean Water Services (District) wishes to purchase sodium hypochlorite solution in bulk quantities under a eleven-month contract that will begin December 1, 2023 and run through October 31, 2024. District has the option to extend the contract for one year beginning November 1, 2024 through October 31, 2025. Interested vendors must submit bids. Bidders need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement). District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any bid upon a finding by District that it is in the public interest to do so.
