General Conditions These Instructions Are Standard for All Bids for Commodities/services Issued by the Town of Jaffrey. the Town of Jaffrey May Delete, Supersede or Modify Any of These Standard Instructions for a Particular Contract by Indicating Such Change in Special Instructions to Bidders or in the Bid Sheets. All Bidders and the Public Are Invited and Encouraged to Attend the Bid Opening. After Tabulation and Review, and When Required, Bids Will Be Presented to the Board of Selectmen for Award of Bid.
