Questions Due (End of day) 11/3/2023 Notification of Award 11/14/2023 Scope of Work This work shall consist of providing all material, equipment, labor and cleanup to complete the work identified per the following plans and specifications. This work consists at two sites as referenced below. Site #1: CSAH 33, CSAH 32, and CSAH 2 - Forest Lake, MN Site #2: CSAH 12 - Mahtomedi, MN 2.1. Contactor Requirements o The 2020 Edition of the Minnesota Department of Transportation "Standard Specifications for Construction" and the "Supplemental Specifications" dated September 2022 shall govern. o All work must be completed in adherence with the attached Plans and Specifications. Include instructions for questions from contractors. Such as, to notify the county of any inconsistency or ambiguity in this RFQ and for all questions pertaining to this RFQ, all questions and notifications must be sent via e-mail by 11/3/2023 by 3:00pm to the County Authorized Representative: Eden Rogers Eden.rogers@co.washington.mn.us Only written questions and notifications will receive responses. Washington County reserves the right to disregard questions received past the due date. An addendum, if necessary, will be issued through the same communication medium as this RFQ was originally distributed.
