Consultants will perform the below professional services for HK and MSH projects on an as needed Task Order basis. The task order process will consist of HK contacting the consultant and requesting services for a specific project. The consultant will then develop a detailed scope and budget for each task order. HK's standard professional services agreement (Attachment E) will serve as the master contract agreement for these services. Question Deadline 11/21/2023 at 2:00 PM PT The Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority, dba Housing Kitsap, (hereinafter, "the Agency" or "HK") is soliciting written proposals from qualified firms to provide Engineering Services. The Mutual Self-Help Program (MSH) of Housing Kitsap (HK) is responsible for planning, purchasing, permitting, and developing land to provide 10 to 40 lots on which to build 22 affordable single-family residences per year. Housing Kitsap also plans to develop land for additional multi-family units to further our mission of providing affordable housing. The proposed contract will provide for Engineering services on projects initiated by Housing Kitsap or its Agents within Kitsap and Mason counties. HK is a public body corporate and politic that was formed in 1982 to provide federally subsidized housing and housing assistance to low-income families, within Kitsap County, excluding the City of Bremerton which is served by the Bremerton Housing Authority. Contractor shall, at its own expense, have and maintain all licenses, registrations, permits, and approvals necessary for the performance of the Contract, including without limitation, registration with the Washington State Department of Revenue.
