The work includes installing and compacting stone, base and surface asphalt material, and pavement marking. The Authority is seeking contractor(s) whose combination of experience and expertise will provide quality, timely, and cost-effective paving services to the Authority for this project. MBE and WBE businesses are encouraged to submit bids. Bidders are encouraged to offer wages at or above the prevailing rate and hire local employees and subcontractors. Contract agreements shall be executed within thirty days of bid opening. Bidders are referred to the Code of Virginia 54.1-1100 et seq. for contractor requirements.
