Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Springfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
SCOPE OF WORK: Size: Approximately 6,200 Square Feet. Refinishing process involves (but is not limited to) sanding down the entire court to the bare wood. If there are no hardwood floorboards that need replacing, the flooring expert will remove scratches and repair any cracks between the boards. Then, the floor is refinished with a sanding machine. Vendor will be required to replace broken floorboards if necessary Apply Seal and Finish; The floor is screened between each coat. Paint Lines on floor and replace Logo in the center of the gym floor Apply a minimum of two (2) additional coats of finish. The Illinois State Police (ISP) Academy is requesting quotes for the resurfacing of the Academys gymnasium floor.
