The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on February 13, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the Bureau of Design & Environment Office in Springfield. Phase I engineering services are required to obtain aerial photography and Light Detection & Ranging (LiDAR) data for the southern area of Illinois. Other photogrammetry services may be required on an as needed basis.
