As of July 24, 2024, construction was completed in June 2024. No further information is expected. The project is broken into two phases which consists of interior renovation of the employee workroom and amenities spaces including new casework, flooring, room finishes, and door hardware. Phase 1: Renovation of the New Programmer's Space (formerly Table Storage 152); Meeting 110 Kitchenette; all casework submittals Phase 2: Renovation of Workroom 116, Bookmobile 115, Breakroom 119, Toilet Room 120 Door renovation can be throughout both phases; fire rating must be maintained at all times. Contract Time is 150 days to substantial completion with 30 additional days for final completion. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Each bidder must deposit his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
