Engineering design services - South Southwood Storm Drainage Study. The scope of services for this RFP includes, but is not limited to develop a storm drainage study (report) to develop alternatives to address the issues of flooding, minor flood, drainage flowing from the roadway onto private property and erosion. Design Services Scope. Project Director - Individual responsible for leading a team of project managers, which can also include contractors, sub-contractors, software developers, web developers, graphic designers, testers, network engineers and other staff that are essential to the project. The City Procurement Officer reserves the right to charge the Successful Bidder for each day the materials, supplies, or services are not delivered in accordance with the Contract. The amount of such charge shall be established by the Contract Documents, and may be invoked at the discretion of the City Procurement Officer, not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages to be deducted from final payment, or otherwise charged, to the Successful Bidder. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The question and response period will be extended to Wednesday, January 31st, until 5:00 p.m.
