The project consists of a new wastewater treatment plant, renovation of the existing treatment works, associated yard piping, equipment, and other appurtenances. This treatment facility, located at 30187 AR Hwy 23, Huntsville, AR 72740, will treat raw wastewater from the City's wastewater collection system and discharge treated effluent to the Town Branch of the Hollman Creek, a tributary of the War Eagle Creek which discharges into Beaver Lake. The proposed work will fully occur on properties owned and operated by the City. he projected budget for the Wastewater Treatment Facility Expansion is $34 million.
