Construction of the 2 Million Gallon Ground Storage Tank Rehabilitation Estimates value - $1,300,000 The project consists of the following: o Modifications to a welded steel tank including the removal and replacement of a damaged roof, support structure, and Internal welding improvements. o Sandblast and Re-paint the interior and exterior of the 2- million-gallon ground storage tank o Modifications to install a Suspended Mount Active Mixing System on the tank inlet. o Site clearing and disposal of plant/tree debris and site restoration. All bidders must be aware that all work must be substantially complete and the rehabilitated tank in service within 120 calendar days from January 15, 2025 to May 15, 2025 as specified in the contract documents. Substantial daily liquidated damages will be levied for any days beyond the allotted contract time required for substantial completion to be attained. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount for and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
