Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Valders, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Re-roof High School/Middle School building and re-roof entire elementary school building. Tech Ed shop addition with precast concrete wall panels, motorized overhead door, automotive lift, steel fabrications. Demolish existing greenhouse and replace with larger, two-zone greenhouse. Multiple toilet room renovations including finishes, fixtures, and toilet partitions. Replace floor finishes in two stairwells with resinous epoxy flooring. Motorized, telescoping bleachers with individual upholstered seats (277-280 seat count). Theatrical control balcony with sound and lighting controls above a concession room and storage room. These rooms will be metal stud & drywall, concrete filled metal pan stair. Concrete over form deck floor above. Project Locations: a. Valders Middle / High School: 201 West Wilson Street, Valders, Wisconsin 54245. b. Valders Elementary School: 331 Wilson Street, Valders, Wisconsin 54245. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount. A certified check, a cashier's check or a bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and bond within ten days after the award of contract. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after opening of bids. Bidders shall bring discrepancies, omissions and conflicts of doubt as to true meaning of any part of the contract documents to the attention of Architect, Steve Jaeger at sjaeger@brayarch.com at least seven (7) working days prior to bid date. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities
