The Scope of Services shall be comprehensive including programming, schematic design, design development, cost estimates, development of construction documents, permitting, right-of-way and/or easement services, and general contracting services. Work is a combination of new construction and upgrade of existing stormwater infrastructure. The specific scope of services for the selected Design-Build Team will be defined in the Design-Build agreement.
