Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 7 Q & A's issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/11/14 12:00:00 PM NST Work of this Contract comprises: Demolition of an existing air handling unit and associated exhaust fan and replacement with new air handling unit and exhaust fan. Addition of duct mounted cooling coils and roof mounted condensers to the system to enable air conditioning. Modification of duct in and around the unit and cooling coils to allow installation. Electrical associated with the unit and fan replacement. Structural work associated with supporting the replacement unit. Control work shall be limited to the modification and extension of the existing direct digital control system to facilitate the replacement unit and addition of air conditioning. The work is located at College of North Atlantic, Prince Philip Drive Campus in St. John's, NL. The scope of work noted above is intended as a general description. The contractor shall refer to the full set of contract specifications and drawings to determine the full extent of the work.
