Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Los Fresnos, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 30,000-square-foot, 1,100-seat clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Project Description: Project consists of new 30,000 s.f. masonry and steel Fine Arts Performance facility seating approximately 1,100 people in the main performance space. 1. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $22,000,000.00. F. Construction Contract: Proposals will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades). Proposal envelopes shall be plainly marked, "LFCISD Multipurpose Center" Any Proposal received later than the specified time, whether delivered in person or mailed, will be disqualified. Faxed proposals are not acceptable. No Proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after Proposal due date without the consent of the Owner. Proposals received after Proposal deadline will be returned unopened to proposer. Personal delivery of Proposal is recommended. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all Proposals, or accept any Proposal or portion thereof most advantageous to the Owner after the ranking and evaluation. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
