The requirement is for perform site cleanup and erosion control device installation. This Scope of Work (SOW) is to perform site cleanup and erosion control device installation for the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD). The location of the project is at Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge in Cameron County Texas. The cleanup site is approximately 1,300 feet in length along the Steve Thompson Wildlife Drive at Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge approximately 25 miles north of Harlingen, Texas. The project is located along the main route of the Refuge along the limits of a previously constructed MSE wall.
