Renovation of a residential development in Springdale, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
HVAC Improvements Bid guarantee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid price, the bid guaranty can be in the form of a certified check or cashier s check made payable to the PHA. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish an Arkansas Performance and Payment Bond or Bonds on the form contained in the Contract Documents in the amount of 100% of the full amount of the bid. Bidders are required to have an Arkansas Contractor s License when the cost of the work to be done by the Contractor including, but not limited to, labor and materials, is $20,000.00 or more, this is in accordance with Arkansas Code Annotated 17-22-101, et. seq. Contractor s Certification Concerning Labor Standards and Prevailing Wage Requirements. The PHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, separately or in their entirety; to accept or reject any Bid by line item; to waive any informalities in the bidding.to consider and award Bids in a manner that will be in the best interest and most advantageous to the PHA, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder or bidders, as appropriate, whose bid or bids, as appropriate, conforms or conform, as appropriate, with all the material terms and conditions of the Invitation for Bids. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the PHA.
