Bidders shall include their Arkansas license number on the outside of their sealed bids. Any bid received after the scheduled opening time will be returned unopened. This project involves the construction of improvements of two (2) sites within the Springdale Water System, including 950 feet of 8-inch ductile iron water pipe and 752 feet of 16-inch steel casing pipe to be installed by open cut trenching. Bidders will be required to inform themselves of all Addenda duly issued in accordance with the requirements provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders must be licensed in conformance with the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors as defined in Arkansas Code 17-25-101 and related statutes. Springdale Water Utilities reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Bid opening date.
