The Trail Feasibility Study project includes the preliminary planning of two potential trail sections including a trail from Watkins Ave. to Cambridge St., and a trail from Gutensohn Rd. to S. Pleasant St. as currently identified on the City of Springdale Trails Master Plan. The consulting engineer on this project shall be responsible for the evaluation of multiple trail routes intended to reduce carbon emissions from vehicular transportation, improve connectivity, and increase safety and accessibility for all trail users. Additionally, firms must provide: 1. A one-page summary of the qualifications of proposed project manager(s) and key team members, including prime and proposed subconsultants. 2. Completed Architect-Engineer Qualifications Standard Form (SF 330) Parts I and II. 3. Completed Contract and Grant Disclosure Form (EO 98-04) The City of Springdale complies with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, FHWA Guidance and any other Federal, State, and/or local laws, rules and/ or regulations. The City of Springdale encourages all qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, the City of Springdale encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises.
