Professional Services. The City of Springdale Engineering Department Invites Qualified Firms to Submit a Statement of Qualifications for Professional Services for Various Improvement Projects in the City of Springdale. The Selection of Projects Can Include Federal Davis Bacon Wage Requirements, Compliance With the Buy American Preference, Buy America Preferences for Infrastructure Projects, Domestic Preferences for Procurements, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, Certification Regarding Debarment, Fair Labor Standards Act. It is the Policy of The City of Springdale to Practice Nondiscrimination Based on Race, Color, Sex or National Origin in the Award Or Performance of Contracts. The City Encourages Participation by All Firms Qualifying Under This Solicitation Regardless of Business Size or Ownership. The City of Springdale is an Equal Opportunity Employer. If Subcontracts Are to Be Let, the Prime Contractor is Required to Take All Necessary Steps Identified in 2 C.f.r. 200.321(B)(1)-(5) to Ensure That Small and Minority Businesses, Women's Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area Firms Are Used When Possible.
